We can deliver to your warehouse, factory, home or work address or any other address you specify.
We do not make any profit on our delivery charges and review them every 2 months to keep them fair for our customers.If you do not wish to pay postage, please call our customer care team on 0845 2238823 see if a shop sells our products in your area.
Delivery charges are classified in two categories (1) Private Orders: Finished skincare products or (2) Trade Orders: Bulk raw ingredients.

In general orders are dispatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow us 1-3 working days to receive your Order. IF YOUR ORDER IS URGENT please call us on 0845 2238823 and we will mark it as a priority.
If your order is going with a Courier (over £60) delivery will be between 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. If you require it to be delivered before a certain time, please call or contact us - there will be an additional charge for this service.
DELIVERY CHARGES AND METHODS - OVERSEAS
Trade Orders to overseas locations are subject to delivery charges based on weight. Please Contact us as we will need to calculate the Courier cost depending on the weight of your order to cover our costs.
Please note that because of their higher value and an increase in parcels going missing in transit, all overseas orders with a net value of over £200 will now be sent using a UPS tracked delivery system. The delivery charges quoted will include the costs of using this service.
Please note: We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community.
TAXATION ON ORDERS DELIVERED OUTSIDE OF EUROPE
Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.
UK purchase tax (VAT) is not charged on such orders. VAT is deducted at the Checkout stage of ordering - after the delivery country has been specified.
